PARAMOUNT ADVERTISING PLATFORM X MASTERCARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Offer Terms

    * Eligible customers (“Customers”) navigating to the Offer landing page from the Mastercard Small Business Navigator website may use code 250NAVIGATOR at checkout to receive a one-time $250 off a single Customer advertising campaign using the Paramount Ads Manager Platform. Promotional offer valid until December 31, 2025. To be eligible, Customers must have an existing, active Paramount Ads Manager account or must create a new Paramount Ads Manager account and accept the associated Paramount terms and conditions [https://www.paramount.com/digital-ads/self-service-terms-and-conditions] for such account. New accounts are subject to standard underwriting requirements. Only one Offer per account business or entity, and the Offer may only be applied to a single Customer Paramount Ads Manager campaign. Eligibility for the Offer is at the sole discretion of Viacom International Inc. Offer not valid with any other offer and is subject to change. The Offer is provided and fulfilled by Viacom International Inc., and not by Mastercard International Incorporated (“Mastercard”). Mastercard has no liability under and in relation to this offer.   2. Additional Offer Terms

    1. There will be no numerical limit on the number of eligible Customers that may redeem the Offer.

    2. Customers navigating from the Mastercard’s Small Business Navigator website will receive a one-time $250 discount off a single Customer campaign using the Paramount Ads Manager Platform (“Platform”) when such Customers enter the code 250NAVIGATOR at checkout and agree to the Paramount Ads Manager Platform terms and conditions.

    3. The Offer will be available to new and existing users (with active accounts) of the Paramount Ads Manager Platform. New users will be required to create a Paramount Ads Manager user account (“Account”).

    4. The Offer will be available from October 6, 2025, until December 31, 2025. The aforementioned $250 discount off a single Customer campaign must be used by December 31, 2025, by a Customer, with a minimum campaign budget of at least $251 USD to redeem the Offer. otherwise, it shall be forfeited and there shall be no alternate or substitute consideration to be provided to such Customer for the unused amount thereof.

    5. Each Customer that enrolls in this Offer, subject to its terms, will have its payment card charged on a monthly basis for the duration of the applicable campaign (to the extent the applicable campaign is longer than one month), at the agreed upon rate and pursuant to the terms agreed upon in the Paramount Ads Manager Platform terms and conditions (“Platform Terms”) for the applicable campaign, minus the one-time $250 Offer discount applied one -time to Customer’s first eligible campaign at checkout. Limit one (1) discount per Customer. Once the applicable campaign ends, the Customer’s payment card will not be charged further for such campaign (beyond the agreed upon charges associated with the applicable campaign, which may post to Customer’s payment card after the end of the campaign dependent on where the campaign falls within billing cycle and dependent on Customer’s financial institution and/or card issuer).

    6. Offer subject to eligibility criteria and the of Paramount Ads Manager Platform Terms and Conditions. Any advertising submissions submitted by Customer in connection with a campaign in Paramount Ads Manager may be rejected by Paramount in its reasonable business judgment and in accordance with the Paramount Ads Manager Platform terms and conditions; in the event advertising submissions are rejected and Customer’s campaign is not ultimately published or implemented resulting in Customer’s inability to use the one-time $250 Offer discount during the Offer Term, there shall be no alternate or substitute consideration to be provided to such Customer for the unused amount thereof.
